The recruitment process

APPLICATION
If you find one of our job advertisements interesting, please send us your application documents to the company's address or e-mail them to rekrutacja@conkret.com.pl, entering a job reference number in the title of a message.

PRESELECTION
At the selection stage, we analyse your CV carefully against the requirements specified in job descriptions. The candidates who meet the requirements of the position offered will be contacted via telephone and invited to the interview.

INTERVIEW
Interviewing a candidate is a very important part of the CONKRET recruitment process. The interview is conducted by our Human Resources specialist, usually in the presence of the immediate superior. During the meeting, we want to get to know you, your past experience, skills, career plans and expectations with regards to the employer.

FEEDBACK
This is the last part of the recruitment process. We will inform each candidate about the job interview outcome.
